MATEXIL - Name and Branding
Naming, brand identity, and communication collateral for MATEXIL (Manmade and Technical Textile Export Council Of India)
The new name & logo of MATEXIL being announced by Darshna Vikram Jardosh, Minister of State for Textiles and Railways replacing the old name of the council, SRTEPC at the Export Award Function in Mumbai with Bhadresh Dodhia, Chairman, also seen are Shaleen Toshniwal, Dhiraj Raichand Shah
The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council (SRTEPC), set up in 1954, is one of the oldest Export Promotion Councils in India. The new name MATEXIL carries forward the heritage of the council by using an acronym that is easy recall and pronounce. The brand identity created gives it added meaning through the use of the MATEXIL pattern that brings forth the idea of textiles and cloth.
